Auctioneer ServicesAll auction services packages include pre-event consultation that covers strategy and best practices around your event fundraising goals, event timing, revenue streams - including live auction, run of show, fund a need/special appeal, and overall event logistics including lighting, sound systems, registration and more! And an event debrief is also included.
Day of services include auctioneering, announcements (silent auction closing, etc), and training of volunteers for bid spotting and recording bids. Additional consulting time can be added to include support with marketing (ticket sales, donor engagement strategies) and sponsorship strategies. |

This is a comprehensive 360 review of your event that ends with a detailed step by step action plan to invigorate your event, wow your guests, and break your fundraising goals. Whether I am your auctioneer now or in the future, we can still partner to refresh and reboot your event. |
Post Event Strategic PlanningThe time period right before (and the three months after the event) are the most important planning and action periods to set yourself up for success for next year’s event. Together we’ll review your event data and debriefs and develop strategies for how your bottom line can improve for next year. We’ll craft a follow up plan for your donors, sponsors, volunteers, and more! We’ll explore the best practices for post event communication such as surveys and thank you letters, gratitude check lists, securing next year’s sponsors and auction items, as well as securing dates and vendors for your next event.
